VenturesSoft® contracts’ include an SLA (Service Level Agreement) that commits to meet high-quality service standards. The SLA is structured around the 3 principles of AICPA’s «TrustServices» and is based on measuring KPI’s and company’s performance.

The SLM – Service Level Management area is responsible for:




  • SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • OLAS (Operation Level Agreement)
  • Level of client satisfaction in each area of the company 
  • Metrics 
  • Prepare reports
  • Review results with the Strategic Committee in a monthly basis.
  • Security breaches
  • Complaints from clients
